Changing the background and music to one frame does not make it new. Please add some animation and some more content. Like why is Hitler going around the world in 80 days? What is he holding and why? To me this looks like one step up from the "My first flash stage."

One day while Adolf Hitler is with some friends, he reads in a newspaper that it is possible to travel around the world in eighty days. No one believes this is true, except Adolf. Then Adolf bets them that he could make the journey in eighty or under days, and then leaves immediately.

He was holding the official football for World Cup 2006.

better than average sprite flash

This is a better than average sprite flash. You didn't edit the sprites to much to make lots of blood or whatever. You didn't mix sprites. Next time try not doing a sprite flash I think this is the best that can be done with them.
